What We Believe.

The biblical convictions that guide our teaching, worship, and ministry.

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, fully true and trustworthy in all that it teaches.

Scripture is our final authority for faith and practice.

Everything we teach and do as a church flows from a commitment to understand and faithfully apply God’s Word.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17; Psalm 19:7–9)

God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, loving, just, and sovereign over all things.
He created all things for His glory and continues to work out His purposes in the world.
(Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose bodily from the dead in accordance with the scripture.
Jesus is the only Savior, and salvation is found in Him alone, by grace alone.
(John 1:1, 14; Colossians 2:9, John 14:6; Acts 4:12 )

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received by faith alone in Jesus Christ alone.
Salvation is not earned by good works, religious effort, or personal merit. Eternal life is freely given to all who believe in Christ, based on His finished work on the cross. (Romans 4:4–5, Ephesians 2:8–9; John 3:16)

The Christian Life

We believe that God calls believers to grow in grace through obedience, fellowship, prayer, and the study of Scripture.
Spiritual growth is a lifelong process.
While good works are not the basis of salvation, they are the fruit of a life shaped by faith and gratitude toward God.
(2 Peter 3:18; Acts 2:42,Ephesians 2:10; Titus 3:8).

The Future

We believe in the bodily return of Jesus Christ and the fulfillment of God’s promises.
God will bring history to its appointed end, judge with righteousness, and establish His eternal kingdom. Our hope rests not in this world, but in the promises of God yet to come.
(Acts 1:11; Titus 2:13,Revelation 21:1–5; 2 Peter 3:13).

Assurance of Salvation

We believe that all who trust in Jesus Christ for eternal life are secure in Him forever.
Assurance is grounded in God’s promise, not in our performance. Eternal life is a present possession, not a future possibility.
(John 10:27–29,1 John 5:11–13; John 5:24).

The Church

We believe the church is the body of Christ, made up of all who have trusted in Him.
A local church exists to worship God, teach Scripture, encourage believers, and share the gospel. We believe in the importance of gathering together regularly for worship, teaching, and fellowship.
(1 Corinthians 12:12–13,Acts 2:42–47; Matthew 28:19–20).

How This Shapes Us

These beliefs shape how we teach, how we worship, and how we care for people.
We strive to be a church marked by truth, grace, patience, and humility—holding firmly to Scripture while walking gently with people.

(Colossians 1:28,Ephesians 4:15; 2 Timothy 2:24–25).
We understand that beliefs matter and that questions take time
(Isaiah 1:18).
You are welcome to explore, ask questions, and take your time as you consider what the Bible teaches and what we believe as a church.
