Victorious
Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

The key to victory is understanding that Jesus Christ has already finished the battle. Jesus is the central figure in the gospel. Trusting in his finished work is the key to being victorious. Understanding, once victorious over the penalty of sin, we can focus on being victorious over the power of sin.
